Inexpensive stand-alone tool setter made from a Key-Chain light.  The bottom of the tool setter illuminates  on contact with the tool.  This setter is a little different than others in that no 'grounding' to the tool or CNC machine is required.  As a result, the setter can be used with  non-conductive  stock.
